Our history
As a family concept, we want to produce the excellent kimchi, the king of all fermented vegetables, environment-friendly and without artificial ingredients according to our traditional family recipe and bring it closer to Swiss people. In this way, we contribute to promoting the multiculturalism of the Swiss dining table.
Since we want to enable a transparent manufacturing chain, it is important for us to show where the kimchi comes from:
The tradition, the preparation technology and the taste come from Korea.
Chinese cabbage and radish come from the Seeland of Swiss farmers.
Spices used to make kimchi come from Korea (paprika powder) and from other Asian countries.
